Just some advice for you...I had the same problem when I lived there in 2002 and they wouldn't do anything. So what I ended up doing was typing a letter to have documentation of my request. And I informed management that if no actions were taken I would pursue legal action. They came out the next day. Just make sure you document each time you complain to them and if they dont respond to the letter then send a certified copy of that letter to the manager as well as TAA, the Texas Apartment Association. That should do the job, if not, move out and tell management where they can put those raggedy a** apartments.
