We formly lived in this apartment from early winter 2002 until late spring 2004 as for 2 years. I shocked it still bad and never improved since we forced to move out by our decision and broke lease. Because we got fed up with Bentworth's manager, staffs, and maintence men since 2 years. During our 2 years there, after moved in and around 6 month later, my pickup truck stolen from inside parking lot and never recovered. I informed manager, she just said simple one word "sorry" and didn't take serious important relate to security because it has gated access. They don't care when somone's car/truck stolen. Other problems, I cannot believe that there was serious mold/mildew problems hidden the fresh paint, later they already overgrown and smelly. I have told office many time, never take action, it hurt our healthly also the mold air already give our cats sick and passed out (short life). Other problems, maintence were lousy. One day we have serious main electric system in our apt problems, the main breaker are bad, no electricty for almost 24 hours. I visited office 4 times until finally came in around 5pm to fix. These kids are doing bad, messy anywhere, once office staffs saw them and did not displice them.

That is very sad, well good luck who moving in and got in wrong place. Simply go to office and blow up at them.
