THESE APARTMENTS NEED TO BE CONDEMNED! THE WINDOWS ARE BOARDED UP, THEY HAVE MOLD AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE! THEY ARE FULL OF NOTHING BUT DRUG DEALERS, MURDERS, THIEVES...............I FEAR FOR EVERYONES SAFETY LIVING IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS THAT SURROUND THESE APARTMENTS!

And now the mayor has appointed Mincberg, who just sold this slum, as a city appointee to help develop more low cost housing. SHAME!!!
