Pizza Hut does not deliver after dark. (this should tell you something).
During my 1 year lease agreement, my 96 Shevy truck was broken into twice. Both times the Stereo was stolen. To make things worse, my 1972 Stingray corvette (parked next to the old beat up pick-up truck) was untouched. No only are the criminals in this complex blatant, but they are also ignorant. Being that the corvette is a classic car, any single peice of that automobile is more expensive than the entire 96 chevy truck.

Anyhow, to make a long story short, unpon leaving this complex, I am still dealing with a fraudulent "broken lease" on my Credit Report.

their collection agency is called "Alexander Rose" - Check your credit !
I fulfilled my lease agreement dispite the terrible conditions of this complex, only to have the management company nail me to the wall in the end.

Do not move to this location. This is by far the most horrid place I have ever lived. Choose a run down trailor park over this apartment complex. Choose a quaint overpass near downtown before relocating to this place. By a new refrigerator donate it to The Salvation Army and live in the box in a nice quiet corner of Houston before relocating to this community.

If you do not heed any other warnings, then please take the time to invest in petrolium jelly, KY-Jelly or Astroglide as you will need it when you get #$%&$ in the @%$$ by Bentworth Apartments.

Okay, I agree with you!!! I signed my lease last week! BIG MISTAKE! I HAVE MOLD! And I have heard reports form others at the community. When I reported the mold, they just painted over it with primer! Then it popped up on the bathroom wall! They did the same thing. So I had a friend who does home inspections come over and look for me. He pulled up the carpet, and behold! MOLD MOLD MOLD! The foam between the new carpet and the cement was WET! And you all know this helps mold grow!!! When I told them this, they said they would fix it? Well my question is, how can you fix it when the cement floor is crumbling due to moisture and mold! I am waiting to speak with the manager about it, but SHE IS NEVER AVAILABLE!!! DON'T Move HERE!!!! I am calling the Health Department TODAY!!!
