I've lived here for a month, and I love the layout of my apartment. Haven't seen any mold in mine, but we've had problems with the assclowns in the office. We have AT&T phone and internet. They didn't tell us this when we signed the lease, but they use their own phone company and if you don't use it too you can only have 1 working phone jack in the house. If you want others working, you have to pay extra. We have phone lines running along the ceiling from the dining room into the living room and first bedroom, and it's ugly. It took them 2 weeks of discussion with us for them to tell us the simple point that we could only have 1 working phone jack. Also, we got a look-and-lease deal where we're supposed to get a $500 gift card to best buy. All week they've told us we could get it today (Tuesday). 6 or 7 times, different people, all said Tuesday after 8am. My husband went to get it (so we could buy a washer $ dryer and do laundry), and the ----- said now we couldn't get it until Friday. Also, they said there were stringent rules and it was hard to get approved to live here, but our neighbor is the type who listens to LOUD rap music late at night with his door open. I went outside to ask him to turn it down (I couldn't hear my own TV), and he looked like he was going to cut me. The apartments are very nice indeed, but if you don't want to deal with rude, incompetent staff and the lies they feed you, then DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

We moved here last April And we are not renewing our lease. We have major issues with ghetto blasters and party animals at the pool, parking lot and their patios. some tenants litter everywhere. They have cigarette butts, empty fast food bags, supersize cups etc all over the parking lots. There is only one trash in the complex and it's always over flowing. The maintenance sucks they never can fix anything right and they're always waiting for the parts. You can email the management if you have any problem at abbeybriarforest@abbeyresidential.com

Dear Tenants, I lived there for 20 years and watched it go down. Take it to the Peoples Lawyer to advize you. When they rebuilt it, I couldn't wait to move back home. I waited to see what was happening there. I'm glad I waited to see what was going on. Well I observed that the new management is the same old people that worked there before. Also I have seen the same maintenance working there again. Why? It might be rebuilt, but you still have the same crooks in the office and non working maintenance men there.
