As a student on a budget you can only expect so much. My apartment is nice and so are my neighbors. It has the same issues that any other complex has. For the price and the amenities you can't beat it. You cant expect perfection if you are not willing to pay for it. As of now I have no problems with it. I'll update you in a couple of months though.
