I moved in when the complex was newly renovated, and I have seen many come and go and a transformation that is questionable as to why I'm still here. Initially I recommended this place, now I am embarrassed to admit I live here or have company for that matter. Children hang out and around the pool "UN-SUPERVISED" speaking loud cussing scantly dressed. The walls are thin and the neighbors have very little consideration for others playing loud music and T.V.'s. The grounds are a joke the plants are dead or dying, the maintenance is horrible, half a@# fix the problem, the pool is for the most part closed or green water. Now the parking and safety an even bigger joke. Not enough parking, I feel assigned parking one parking space for each unit. Safety how safe can you feel when the lights throughout the complex are out and nothing is done to rectify this issue.
I would not recommend anyone to risk there safety here in this soon to be run down housing development.......

I know when we stayed there (2002 to 2004) we had no phone outlets except in my son's bedroom (he was an infant)! They said we had to pay for the other ones so we kept the main phone in his room. Do they still do that there?

Right on. Glad to know I'm not crazy. And to add to my post, we got a letter hand-delivered to us saying we had to take down our bikes from our patio(we had them neatly and tastefully hung in the corner). And still no gift card.
