First, I moved in December 2008. The leasing agent (who is later fired), didn't give me anything I needed (pool key, gate code, fitness room code, & remote for the gate).

Second, I come home one day and realize that someone has egged my apartment. (I don't talk to anyone around me except random people saying "Hi, how are you'")

They also have their ghetto kids outside messing with people's cars, and just being ratchet! They gave me a hard time about getting into this apartment complex (keep in mind I am a recent college grad, that exceeded the income minimum), but they let these GHETTO people in there, yelling, playing loud music, standing outside talking on the phone LOUD!
Someone broke ALL the windows out of a car parked RIGHT next to mine, I am positive my car was injured in the process.
The grounds are always messy, they have the "doggy station", but people let their dogs piss and poop anywhere, and they DON'T pick it up.

The apartment below me was unoccupied, and for the longest I would smell a horrible sour smell, like BOO BOO. I let maintenance know and the idiots tell me that I'm crazy, and that they couldn't find anything, and none of the neighbors reported a funny smell, and just tell me oh well. I even began to cry, because it was so embarrassing to have company and they don't even want to stay over because of the smell. They don't even try to find the problem or check with the apartment below me, because whatever I smell, the apartment below me unoccupied or not smells too....Well come to find out these dummies shampooed the carpet but closed all the windows/vents, I could've been breathing in something deadly!!!

The trashman got an attitude with me, and walked to my car and asked me to come back and put my trash in the compactor, (keep in mind he was putting trash in there) because I didn't trample through the trash he let OVERFLOW, walk past him, to put my trash in the compactor. Keep in mind I have to drive to it because its SO FAR from any of the apartments, and smells like dead bodies.

Don't ever try to call the leasing office, they will never answer!

One of the leasing agents tried to "court" me, and when I rejected his advances, he treats me like dirt! Staff is horrible, you feel like you are bothering them, when you go in to try and ask a question.

FYI: MATRESS MAC owns the apartment complex!!!!
