I have to response to the most recent poster. I have been living in this apt. complex for 2 years and I have very little problem. Roaches' Never have any. Kids running around unsupervised' So what' They're kids and they are expected to go out and play and not to sit in front of the television all day long and get fat. They are the best fit kids in the neighborhood. They are sweet, polite and courteous. I live in front of a courtyard and sometimes they held concerts. They only charge .25 per song. Ghetto noise' If you want peace and quiete, move to 55 apt. complex. Trash can. Yes, I agree It's quite far from me but hey, I walk it everyday and I lost a couple inches on my waist. Maintenance issue' They fix it right away and never had any problem. Gate being broken' I never had any problem entering or exiting the property. I suggest to potential renters to visit the complex and interview the renters. I like my apt and my neighbors. We look out for each othre.

I think this particular comment is an example of sarcasm because it CLEARLY isn't an honest assessment of "Life at the Bentworth/Abbey". At any rate...to ANYONE that's lived in this complex over the last 7 years we know its pure bullshyt. If you're considering moving into this complex PLEASE RECONSIDER...living under the Pearce Elevated would be a better decision. Hey is the pool still that lovely shade of green?

I'm thinking this was written by someone from the management office. I hate it here, and do not plan on renewing my lease. All of my neighbors do not like it here, either. In fact, all the neighbors who were here before me have moved, and the new ones plan to move after their lease is up.

I was thinking the same thing...this person has to work for the abbey to be writing a review like this.... This person even went as far as saying they like the fact that the trash compactor is in the rear of the building and that walking to the trash compactor is helping them loose weight.... LMAO

Neighbors are great here, and we do look out for each other, but good people expect good service, and all that is left is people who don't care.
