i moved here on november 2004, it's june now, and i still haven't got a water bill, only eviction noticed for not paying utilities, staff extremely incompitenet, no communication. the dwellings are nice, dont' get me wrong, but the lack of professionalism is horrific, nobody's at the office during business hours, and even if they are, you won't get anywhere.
now here's what made me write the review. the parking situation. a month and a hald ago, i decided to get a covered space, so i payed the 35$ dollars and got it, to realise that in the first week i could only use it ONCE! i complained every single day, and all i got was "we can't do anything" you can't do anything'! then why the hell am i paying for this'
fast forward to about a month and a half from that time, my spot was taken, as usual, so i parked in the space right next to it, my roommate came to use the car 2 hours later, and it was GONE! went to the office to ask where it was, they told me they didn't know and to call the police. later on do i figure out it was towed. that's when all hell broke loose. i've been complaining constantly for 1.5 months and all they gave me was stickers to put under their wipers ( they didn't want me to stick them to the glass) and they always said that they had to give a one day warning before towing, i never got any kind of sticker whatsoever.
i went to the office again, talked to the manager and told her the story, she told me the resident complained, so thats' why they towed it!!!! i've been doing that for 1.5 months!!!! what's different now'' this was on thursday. i came back later that day telling them that someone is in my spot and i want them towed, they told me they'll call a truck. i come back home 5 hours later, it's still there. fast forward to saturday afternoon, the truck is still there. i go to the office and make a scene in front of some furure residents, i even told them not to deal with residence ever, or they'd be asking for trouble. so this time, the lady gave me a sticker, i told her to shove it, it's been three days, and you want me to give him a sticker now''' i told her if the car isn't out of there within the hour, i'll drag it and place it in front of the main entrance to the apartments, she told me i couln't do it, i told her i'll do whatever i need to do, and this is injust leading to inequality, and i asked for her company's number, she refused tell me it's confidential and won't get me anywhere.
here's the funny part, my car has been towed for three days, and i don't know where it is, they couldn't come up with a name or phone number and that one on the ladies at the office knew it but was away for the weekend. i got the number today, and i owe $240 dollars on the car!!! at this point, i want them to pay for it, and i refuse to take a penny out of my pocket.
i don't want to talk about this anymore, everytime i think about it i want to explode of rage.
The bottom line, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! That is the worst thing I have heard yet! It's unbelievable that anyone would be that inconsiderate of anyone else! Do you think maybe the person who's spot you parked in just called the towing company w/o going to the front office? I feel so bad for you that you are having problems like this, and I hope all turns out much better for you. I TOTALLY agree w/TheTwins about yelling at the managers over there for you. I don't live there either! Good luck with everything.

That is the worst! Not only that but it is illegal. They must sticker your car and then give you 24 hours to respond. I would contact an attorney!
