I agree with everone else that has commented except for the ones that recommend this place. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a complex, scratch that..not one of the worst..it is the WORST. The leasing staff is rude, lazy, unproffesional and incompetent. Waterbills never come and when they don't the apartments send you notices that you're neglecting to pay your bills. I have even paid it twice..early..and a week or 2 later have received demand notices...crazy. My upstairs neighbors sound like they're having a basketball game in their apartment they are so loud...and it doesnt help that the walls are paper thin...every morning I can here my neighbors talking in their bathroom...every word....at night I can hear them in their bedroom...every little noise...this place is a joke...the gates never work...atleast once a week I can't even get on to the property after work because the gates are broken...I could go on and on but words just arent enough to describe the horrific experience you'll have if you move here...go somewhere else...ANYWHERE else but here
