Where do I begin' There are so many things that make we ant to move or even yet break my lease. Ok I'll just sort of start with random complaints I have about Alta Brook. Dog doo doo everywhere, neighbors neglect to pick it up so even if you clean up after your pet you still end up cleaning off of your dogs feet or your own shoes. The last group of building have no chairs or tables to sit at a couple of grills & a fireplace but nowhere but the cold cement ground to sit. Meanwhile every other group of apartments have chairs & tables. Mail. The mailboxes have a nice little sign that they used to change to let you know if mail has been picked up/delivered but it always say mail is here. So you stop to get mail when there is none. As for bugs haha. I read someones comment about the blame on your own habits. Well we keep our apartment spotless and we've encounterned ants in the kitchen and bedroom closet, roaches maybe 6 or 7 total, and some sort of fruit flys that fly out of your sink! Management told us to just keepo pouring bleach down the sink to do the trick! The management is very poor at customer service. Mainly the manager Mary has a poor attitude like it's not her problem it's yours. It's true about the water bills. They never arrive , you never see them, not until you get an Alta Brook letter stating that your late and that you will be charged late fees. Also the residents are getting worse & worse here. I'm not sure if Alta Brook is just renting to anyone that has a pulse or what. Crime is up here. Two apartments were broken into fairly early in the evening and in one of the robberies they stole a big screen off of the 2nd floor! The gym is constantly full of thugs that don't live here. People let them in and there is usually about 10-20 thugs on any given day playing basketball err jungle ball. Gates lately have been working great, however the first 6 months I lived here they were awful as stated by someone else. Rent is on the rise too, they are jacking up prices every chance they get. As soon as our lease is up were gone and alot of neighbors I know are as well!

Just in the last week 5 cars were broken into, one car was left sittin on blocks. Gunshots rang out 2 nights this week and a resident was assaulted at the gym. More like Alta Crook!!! plus management doesn't even care. Anyone who wants to gain entrance to this community is welcome, the doors wide open. Literally. You could drive a moving truck through the entrance the gates are open so long. Shoot one apartment that was broken into recently had a big screen removed from the second floor and that happened befor 7pm!!! If you move here bring a gun or 2!!!
