I have been a resident of Alanza Brook (formerly Alta Brook) for over a year and a half and I must say the staff and quality of the apartments are the best I have seen in a long time. The office staff is very helpful and is willing to accommodate every need. I am glad to live in a community where I can get to know my neighbors while attending resident functions held by Alanza Brook.

this must be someone from the leasing office writting this review. I just had my car broken into last night and they DO NOT CARE!!!!! ---------- the manager is such a rude and unprofessional person, whoever gave her that position must not really know her personality. The gate has been opened for the longest and the new security guy is no where to be seen. This is the worst complex that I have lived in and must say for paying $1300.00 a month I expect alot more attentiveness from the entire staff. I'm just waiting for my house to finish being built to get the hell out of here. Never rent here people, I mean it you will regret it and get your car broken into and have to deal with the careless manager.

just look at the police ratings on the city website and you will think twice about moving here. Even the local police does not recommend this place! Is that not a reason enough for prospect residents to not move in!!!
