This complex has the worst management I have ever come in contact with. They do not care about the residents whatsoever. I tried to get my air filter changed for the past three months to no avail. Even when you walk into the office, no one will even act as though you exist. When you finally get their attention, they act like you are a stupid child who knows nothing. The front gate is always broken and I haven't seen the security guard since I moved in. One night, when I NEEDED to find the security guard, I had to send my boyfriend out to go and FIND him... it took almost half an hour... The noise is rediculous with people playing loud music until morning and other fighting and screaming so lound that I finally had to call the police to come. The parking stinks. If you don't get home by six, there is really no chance of getting a parking spot close to your unit. As a female who sometimes works until 11 pm, walking a long distance to get to my front door is scary.
