I have a lived here for almost two years now and it started out nice and pleasant but has gotten bad! The management is completely incompitent and takes care of absolutely nothing around here! They are cars on blocks at least once a week, robberies at gun point and thugs walking around at all times of the day and night. Its not safe for anyone to be out after dark at all. And there was even a robbery at gun point during the day. The gates are never working and we have no security guard. Which is something we need worse than working gates. Its a nightmare living here and cannot wait to move! If you value your safety do not move here. Oh and the apartment next to mine is some sort of brothel. No lie! Its crazy that managment would allow this to go on. But our staff here is doesnt listen to or care about the residents, so its not a surprise! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

anonymous seems to be taking comments connected with alanza brook kinda hard. Either their with management or know absolutely nothing about the problems of breaking lease with alanza.
