Hi, We have lived here for an year and everything looks good in the begining but almost 70% of the time main gate was broken.Also there are several instances of burgalry and car stealing and management never apprised to residents about such incidents. On one saturday 3 people were trying to steal a car and management called 911 and caught them with the help of police but they did not inform to residents about such incident taken place and it happend in the moring 9 am.

Also the manager is very rude and she does not care about residents or listen to resident concerns...i don`t know how she is able to hold her job...after i move out of the apartment i have sent an e-mail but so far no reply.....

There is completely lack of knowledge in the staff...After receiving final settlement bill i have visited leasing office and they are not at all co-operative in responding to the queries.
I am really disappointed to hear changed words/Statements from the staff. I have given the notice and I was told that someone has booked my apartment unit and later cancelled and that`s why i was charged for 10 days and this is totally unacceptable and how cum she is making me responsible for that' Also i have been charged with double amount of water bill and when i questioned them they have corrected and removed the water bill.

Remember that residents who ever approaches leasing staff they can`t take evrything in writing and they would go with their words as they are being a experienced leasing staff.
