I moved here just before this management turned over to
alanza brook. It did not initially start out ghetto, but
is progessively heading in that direction. Me and my husband
are moving to a house in Spring now, I think the apartments
are overcharged for what you get.

I went into the leasing office and told them that I
was followed into the complex through the gate by two
men in a van with road rage. They followed me all the way
to the apartment and started shouting obscenities.
So the gate is practically useless. The management basically
told me I was lying about what time it happened, because
their was a guard on duty at that time. I was like
sorry, but thats when it happened. Then ironically
that same day, there was a letter sent out to all the
residents basically an admission of all the crime going
on here and saying there wasnt anything they could or
would do as far as added security. Telling people to be cautious
and that that was their own responsibility.

So long story short. You cant depend on your management
for security. You cant call this place home, its not safe.
Expect to be raped up the ass on bogus things always.

$400 pet deposit....hmmm and another $200 for the days
that passed without making a deposit and letting her know
ahead of time.

If you send them $740 for rent expect a note saying that
that you owe $5 immediately and you be charged each day
that you dont pay. Yes, they are that petty.

The last couple months the parking has been a nightmare.
people are not even parking in spaces now. There is a serious
overflow problem where several cars are blocked in in the
morning and others are hit in the side.
