Before I decided to move into this apartment I read all of the reviews here and I even went to the apartments many nights to see if maybe I found something suspecious but nothing.... sooo my dumb self decided to take the risk and still move in, it was a very convenient location!!!! Well I have now moved out and let me tell you... it is NOT worth it!!! To begin, they did not shampoo the carpet, they still had tracks on the walkways but nothing major so I didn't make it a big issue because I HAD to move. That lady Mary is NOT the sales person that you want to talk to.. the guys ARE pretty nice... but that lady always rushed me... While living there we had to call the cops about 6 times because they had fights breaking out in the parking lot, the next door neighbors kept fighting and slamming the doors, some crazy lady came knocking on everyone's door about 3 in the morning... just crazy and unpeaceful... Parking was horrible, the gate ALWAYS broken, sometimes we even found it hard to get in, the dumpster ALWAYS overfilled and on top of that when we moved out they did not do a walk-through because Mary was ready to go home. I cleaned my apartment and there was only one small hole on the wall but yet they kept my deposit and expected me to pay almost $200 more!!! I tried talking to them but they found every excuse to charge me for unnecessary stuff, $35 for some dust on the ceiling fans!!!! Trust me, don't do it and if you still are skeptical like I was and still decide to move in, make sure to take pictures of the apartment when you move in AND when you move out!!!

be a smart person and do not get close to this hell apartment.. those latino girls in the office should go back to school and learn how to treat customers nicely. it is such a pain to communicate with them because really... they don't give a ---- about your complains.
