I live at this complex, the gates are always broken, we recently had several apartment breakins ,and robbery attempts in the parking lot, thrash piles up high because there is only one dumpster for the entire complex so it is always overflowing , the resident parking is the worst that I have ever seen there are never enough spaces , and to top things off the apartment Manager is rude , unprofessional, and evidently does'nt care about residents that live here. I have never been late paying my rent , and I abide by all of the apartment rules . But I will not be signing a second lease at this address and I recommend that before you consider moving here you do do a drive by at night - DON'T WORRY THE GATES WILL BE WIDE OPEN FOR EASY ACCESS FOR WHOM EVER.
