Good location in town, fairly safe. Never hear/disturbed by my neighbors. Terrible parking. Always hard to find a place to park after 6 PM. Rent price raises every year. Maintenance never showed up to fix the garage door opener when we requested service/repair. Gates are always broken and take months to get fixed. 2 of our neighbors luxury cars were sitting on cinder blocks (1 of them was on Thanksgiving morning) because someone had stolen their wheels. My husband's car that we spent 2 years and $15,000 (building the motor and suspension for autocross competitions while still using it as a daily ride) was stolen while the gate was broken open, and the management REFUSED to allow us to have a copy or see the surveillance tapes from the only way the thief could have gotten the car out of the complex. Recently the management put a note on everyone's door saying that there had been one actual break-in and one attempted break-in within a week. The inside of the apartments are new and up-to-date. The layouts are small, but stylish and comfortable. The high ceilings, crown molding, and off-white painted walls are nice. The black kitchen appliances and stained wood cabinetry are nice. The tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom are a great change from linoleum.

The reason you could not see the surveillance tapes is because the cameras are not on! They do not use them! This complex has had a ton of break in and the office says they are not responsible. There needs to be a security guard at the gate.

Its funny how people do not realize that the gates are broken due to the residents or their guests. They are the ones who drive into the gate, drive out the wrong way, or try to rush in after someone else drives in. Look into gate repair costs and see if you would like paying for the damages on a daily basis. Realize that if they gate is broken its due to some idiot who isnt patient! I am sure the management does not brake the gate to have all of you upset. Its difficult to keep such a beautiful community up and running in such a tough area.

So evict the idiots who keep breaking the gates that way the rest of us can live without fear of our belongings being stolen. A year after my husband's car got stolen, someone ran into my car and dented and destroyed the paint down the driver's side front and rear doors. And of course the piece of trash didn't leave their information for me to have. They disappeared in the middle of the night, so MY insurance paid for it to be repaired, with a deductible out of MY pocket. And I had to spend MY time filing a report with the police. When my husband and I finally moved out and purchased a house, we received a bill from the unethical, psycho manager charging US for a damage that was already in the apartment the very day we moved in. And of course there's no way to fight it when they refuse to return your phone calls requesting to settle or compromise. So, whoever lived in our unit before us who damaged the item, you're welcome. WE paid for it instead of you.
