I have lived in apartments for the last 12 years. By far, Alanza Brook is the worst one ever. You walk to the leasing office you will see the most horrible rude disgusting ignorant manager. The apartments units are full with ---- ruches. All the staff people are liars starting from the manager Mary Allen, and her assistant smooth talker Jorge (George). Be very careful when you sign a lease, they will be pushing you to sign on stuff to screw you up later, so read very good or even better don t live there. If you want to complain about them to the managing company Greystar, they are as bad as the Apartment complex itself. They never call you back, because they don t care, they are the worst management company starting from their boss Joe paraz and Vicky youst. When you talk to them they will say we will take care of it and we will call you back, and then you never hear from them again even if you call them back. Don t live there.

THAT IS SO TRUE~~~ everybody's bad comments here are true experiences!!! this apartment is a HELL to live with.... such a endless pain to live here! i can't wait to move out of this shity ass apartment with those shity ass staffs. i hope they all going to hell !
