This "lady" needs to go! She is a terrible manager and a terrible person. She would be well suited as prison warden and not an apartment manager. I've never met a more despicable excuse for a human being. She is rude, crass, selfish and quick to call the police for any back talk. So many ex-residents and current residents have complained to Greystar, the management company, but nothing ever happens. They say they will talk to her about her attitude, but they probably don't care. So as far as I am concerned, Greystar are insensitive idiots.
Here is one example of her complete rudeness: I know of one resident who was walking their dog 2 days after Hurricane Ike. The resident came across Mary Ellen, who asked the resident if the pet deposit was paid! The apartments had no power, there was a lot debris on the grounds, I don't even think there was water. Did the manager ask if the resident was ok, or apologize for not having power' No, she was more concerned about the damn pet deposit!

That is inexcusable! She needs to GO!

I am leaving that place an never looking back. I will never ever recommend that apartment as long as Mary Ellen is associated with the Alanza Brook. Unfortunately, the aparment really is not that bad, if it was not for the manager. I wish Greystar would wake up and get rid of her. She must have something over them, for her to stay at Alanza for so long.
