It's turning into a trash pit!

Have lived here nearly two years.....rate increase after 1st year was more than 10%.
Cabinets covered with very thin laminate....they look terrible. Carpet lowest grade available...it looks terrible too, with just normal wear from two adults and no pets.
Parking lot strewn with debris more often than not...behavior of many of the newer tenants is disgraceful. Parking lot traffic is dangerous; people driving in the middle of the lane while talking/texting....unbelievably stupid behavior.
The front office staff gives the illusion of being helpful but they're not the sharpest pencils in the box. There have been 3 resident managers already this year.
I'll probably stick it out here for one more year because it's a great location for me. If not for that, I'd be gone asap.

sad but true......
Avanti is about 20 tenants from being a-ok (kick the trailer trash and hood rats out) It seams that compromises have been made to get to 97% occupancy. Newer tenants do exihibit extremely filthy and inconsiderate behavior. If they get a new maintainence crew - the current one is lazy as heck - this place could return to being a nice place.
