The roof was obviously put on wrong because all of the shingles blew off during the storm. The water leaked inside the walls and through the roof all the way to the first floor. I had an inch of water in my apartment. All of the insulation is wet and molding and the sheetrock and insulation as well as the flooring will have to be replaced. Considering all of this, they will not let us out of our lease because we live on the first floor and they say that the damage is repairable. How am I supposed to live through all of that along with all of the other construction that is going on. They refuse to work with us at all, making no comprimises. I would not recomend this property to anyone except crack heads and theives which seems to be the only ones around right now. My property has been stolen and there is no security present at anytime of the day or night.
