This place violates fire, health, sanitation and building codes From: auntsooey@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   A large number of apartments have bbq's and combustible materials on porch or balcony, the fire extinguishers in some apartments are not mounted anywhere near the kitchen. There are several dozen trash cans with no lids and they emit a sickening odor in the garage area. There are unknown fluids running out from under the garbage can areas. The gas line to the apartments is shut off because it is unsafe and the certificates of occupancy will expire on 9/23 because the owners have not passed their building inspections and have not submitted request for inspection. There are holes in outside building walls and potholes in the parking lot big enough to swallow a volkswagon. The cocroach population is unbelievable and there are dogs in the complex that are specifically prohibited in the lease/rules (pit bulls and dogs less than 1 year old). The maintenance workers are wonderful people, but they are faced with a task equal to bailing out the Titanic with a thimble. Definetely the Getto of the Galleria.
