Great bargain

The apartments offer all standard service with everything functioning correctlly, and it's at the bargain price, but don't expect any luxury.
The management stuff is always friendly and helpfull, and the facilities maintenance crew is very efficient.
However, the complex is located on gulfton and Rampart which have a nasty reputation (i personally never had any problems), and there is no gym, no real security, nor any other extras.

I LIVED IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR 3 YEARS AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH ANYONE THERE THE 1 YEAR AS THE MANAGER LUPITA GOT THERE ALL MY PROBLEMS STARTED THAT ***** WAS SLEEPING WITH HER SAFTEY PEOPLE AND IS A VERY BAD MANAGER I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE APARTMENTS UNTIL SHE LEAVES THAT PROPERTY SHE WILL ALSO STILL YOU MONEY ORDERS PLEASE DON'T RENT THER UNTIL SHE LEAVES
