THEY ASK FOR MONEY ORDERS FOR APPLICATION FEE AND A DEPOSIT BY MONEY ORDER BEFORE YOU ARE APPROVED. A CUSTOMER CHANGED HER MIND BEFORE APPROVED AND MANAGER REFUSED TO RETURN MONEY ORDER BACK, CUSTOMER COULD NOT READ ENGLISH SO YOU CAN AMAGINE THE SCAM GOING ON THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.
