Ok, so I have to say, this place is a surpise. I'm a first time renter and every where I went people want double dep. double rent just about double everything, so when I walked here I except the same thing which I got but with some twist. She said (the manager), either you can put down 1st and last month or do a double dep and on the double deposit if u pay your rent on time we will put it towards your rent at on at the end of your contract which is only a six month contract (also another find everyone wanted a 13 month contract). So I did it, I took a 1 bedrm 1 bath, my big peckers r that the closet on the bedrm is HUGE, I use half for my clothes and the other half I made in to a mini office, the bathrm is on the outside, and while yes the outside doesn't really compete with the apt around it, the apt around don't compete with the inside of these apt. When those people would show me apt they showed me models and when I asked to see one that was done, all I can say is yikes. Well my lease was up and I was never late and I got my 2nd deposit back no hassle. I renewed my lease cause all in all, my only problem is finding parking if I come home to late but I here that from my freinds who rent in other apt's.Thank you for giving me a chance without taking all of my money.
