Alief Square Apartments

Great Value! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been living at Alief Square for 11 months and was looking around at the other properties on Cook Road to see whether I should re up my lease or not for another year. I am not sure why but Alief Square seems to be about $50 to $75 cheaper for a 2 bedroom apartment than all of the competition and is thus a way better value! They have all new air conditioners and all of the apartements I have seen have new carpet and appliances. Their pools are clean and open year round. They have a great new playground that my 2 kids use everyday after school. They have a huge clubroom that is free to use (except that you have to pay for their security guards which is annoying but understandnable). The most amazing thing about Alief Square is that include a money back guarantee on maintenance in the lease! They have 2 business days to fix anything I report in writing that is broken in my apartment or they credit me back daily rent until it is fixed! I wish they would fix their carports though. The manager told me they were thinking about doing it this year. I will be renewing my lease for another year!
