IF YOU LIKE TAKING A SHOWER IN BROWN WATER, AND WASHING YOUR DISHES IN BROWN WATER THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU...AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK WE HAVE DIRTY WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS SO TERRIBLE, I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE SO THAT I CAN FINALLY TAKE A SHOWER WITH CLEAN WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand this...you've lived here since 2000? That's 5 years. Is this something new with the brown water and the hell hole, or has it been this way since you moved in and you are just now getting tired of it? I see that you've rated everything bad, i.e. maintenance, staff, construction, noise, parking, grounds, etc. Has it been bad since 2000? If so, why did you continue to renew your lease each year? Just curious. I live here. I've never seen any brown water. I strongly disagree with your comments and your negative assessment.
