I actually came across this site when looking for apartment homes ofcourse and it seems as though this is the gripe site for unhappy people. So once I found an apartment that I liked I had to attempt to put something positive in all of this negative...

I have just recently moved into the Allen House and it fits me and my girlfriend's needs. We are both struggling students and the price is resonable for the location. I guess the only that sucks is that we have two cars and only one parking space but besides that I like it.
