I have lived in this apartment for 3 years but am moving out this month. REnt is cheap for the size. I pay $620 for 714 square feet. It is close to downtown. The workout gym sucks. They have old stuff and not very much of it. It is also small. Maintanence has never been a problem. They are quick to respond and curtious. Staff in the office varies but if you have a problem go talk to the manageer and not one of the other workers there. The same goes for renewing your lease. Also, don't settle for raised rent when renewing. Tell them you will leave and put your foot down.

I live in one of the smaller buildings that is 2 story Never had a problem with noise. There are some older people in this complex as well as some younger ones.

Washing clothes is a pain. This is the main reason I am leaving. I also want something a little newer and something with a better workout area.
