The other reviewer's are RIGHT ON! I have never had a worse rental experience. You will end up in court.

YEP!!! ESPECIALLY FOR HAVING BROWN WATER...I MEAN CAN WE SAY HEALTH CODE VIOLATION...OH THAT IS WHEN THERE IS WATER AT ALL...BC AT THIS PLACE THEY LIKE TO SHUT IT OFF AND NOT TELL YOU...IT'S REALLY FUN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SHOWER AND ALL OF A SUDDEN.....OH WOW LOOK I AM SHOWERING IN BROWN, GROSS WATER...WHAT A WAY TO START OFF YOUR MORNING....A LAW SUIT IS JUST WAITING TO HAPPEN.....

I have to say the water thing is frustrating; however, it is the hot water that is brown and not the cold. I don't know why this is. However, I'm a "bath" person and there is nothing worse than wanting a hot bath and not being able to take one because the water is yucky. I don't think you can sue over this and one has to be very careful before calling the city health department. Read your lease.
