Waiting for my lease to be up

The location and the grounds are positives. However, everytime it rains heavily my apartment has several inches of water. An indoor pool was not what I had in mind when I moved in. I asked the office sepcifically if the apartment I had been given had been flooded in the last year, and was told "no". My neightbors told me it had flooded twice however. Nothing wrong with talking to the neighbors. As another reviewer cautioned, but sure you have a look at the apartment you are elasing before signing. There are great differences between the model apartments and what you can end up in. The building I am in has good parking. My circuit breaker is outside, though. So if the breaker pops (don't use a hair dryer in the guest bathroom) I have to call maintenance for a fix. A year will be all I can stay. I'm looking for new lodgings right now.
