While it is not one of the nicer apartments in the midtown area of downtown it is one of the most affordable. It does have a few drawback poor parking, frequently broken elevators and front gates but overall my stay at the Allen House has been ok. On the pluse side the landscape is nice, the weightroom while small does offer a variety of machines, and the courtyards within in the complex are a relaxing place to hangout after work or stroll through on a late night
