Allen House Apartments

So Many Reviews TOO-OOOO Much Time... From: nicolelaw Date posted: 3/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   I have been living at the Allen House for five years now and I haven't been through half the stuff that all these people on this site are complaining about. And the only rason I am on here today is because my friend was telling me some of the crazy things that are on this site...Anyways, I am a locator and I like the Allen House and the office staff are cool too. I haven't really had any problems with my apartment maybe because I actually saw the apartment that I was going to move into instead of just putting all of my trust in their show apartment. I must admit that their are a lot of apartment communities out there and Allen House is up there for the price and the location. It is an older property but I have more square footage than I would a one bedroom at Rincon across the street...
