I lived here for over 4 years, and I loved it. The location is excellent. Maintenance was wonderful and always came within an hour of when I called. I never had brown water - not once in the 4 years I lived there. Maybe the brown water is a problem in some buildings, but I lived in Building 1 and it was never a problem. I did have ants, and I had to keep ant killer in the apartment all the time, so that was a definite negative. But overall, I really enjoyed living here. If I hadn't bought my own place, I'd probably still be living there.

I lived there and the ants were definately a problem. That was about it though. I moved out because at the end of my lease they wanted to increase the rent by $200! That was just too much for me.
