I have lived here since 2002, so I think I am qualified to speak on this. While the place has one pro, the location, that is heavily outweighed by the cons. First and foremost is the staff. They are nice but extremely slow at getting things done. You are stuck using ghetto TVMAX cable. The service is way overpriced and reception is sketchy. Look at their website and you'll see what a mean. You are required to pay for your water, but since the buildings are SO old they aren't submetered. In essence, you're paying for water you don't actually use. My average bill is now over $22/month (for only 1 person), so factor that into the cost of the apartment. The old construction of the buildings and poor insulation makes the electricity costs outrageous too. Bottom Line: Keep looking for other apartments.
