Allen House Apartments

It's not brand new but worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2006   The complex is obviously older, the actual date it was built, I have no idea. I think I remember the leasing agent telling me it was like 35 years old. I was actually surprised when I saw the inside of the apartment because the age of the property did turn me off. The apartment was very cute and had a lot of unique features to it. I signed up in 1994 to live in a one bedroom and in this past year just transferred to a two bedroom. I have loved both apartments and have been very pleased here. I mean things are not perfect and I do have to call maintenance but thats to be expected. The office is a lot of fun and the people are very friendly. Overall, I would recommend this complex to my best friend or family member without any worries! Cindy, resident since 1994
