I actually like my apartment very much, and the staff has been courteous to me. However, the gate to the parking lot as well as one of the pedestrian gates that gives access to the building are habitually out of service, meaning that anyone can get access to the apartment building. Maintenance rarely fixes this. As a result, my car has been broken into and my bike has been stolen. This makes me feel unsafe in these apartments.
