The staff at this complex shows a lack of integrity not seen in this or any city since the demise of Enron. I renewed my lease this fall. Allen House had the nerve to request a $100 rent hike. They then informed our entire complex this month that they were closing 3 buildings and everyone needed to be out in 5 months time. Not to mention the frequent shutting off of the water. The frequent lack of hot water in mornings. Poor overall water pressure. An overall level of arrogance and inconsiderateness shown by the staff once you've signed the dotted line on your lease. The staff seems too busy posting bogus positive reviews on websites such as this. What resident goes out of their way to post things like "I love my apartment, such a great value!!!". Gee, AH staff, couldn't find the time to type the emoticons :) And last but not least the gunpoint holdups in the parking lots, those are always fun.

"mcCoksten", I understand why you are upset. I am not looking forward to moving either but to make false statements about someone in the office makes you a real loser. Way to act immature in the situation!!

hmm i thought AH was bad ass....everybody here is cool...management is super cool....maintance is just on point....when i first moved i requested that they change my kitchen florescent lighting to natural light..so i come home that day and wat do ya know? they took down the entire fixture and changed the hole thing out! i mean, all i wanted was a bulb! wat else.....yeah the place was awesome..bad ass neighbors and i even got lucky within the first month of living here....so ive got no complaints...cept that ive gotta move due to the tear down. p.s. certain women around here are fine as hell...:D building two.

Silverdragon, congratulations on your light being fixed. I have been hear almost 2 years and am still waiting for them to fix my kitchen light. I guess since I'm not staff its not that important.
