Just wondering AH staffing, since you are kicking us out so we get a FULL refund on all the deposits''''''''''

I have a FIVE hundred dollar pet rent that I want back since you are bull dosing the complex and will not be replacing the apartment with new paint or carpet.

Also, why are we having to pay more in rent'' I also was told that my rent would increase a $100 four the next four months. I think that is real CRAP!!! If anything I should be paying less a lot less.

One of the nice things about AH closing is that the front office staff will now probably have to take even shittier jobs than the ones they presently have with AH. The maintenance staff will likely be ok, but then they actually have some tangible skills that appeal to employers. The front office staff, not so much (unless employers are looking for arrogance/incompetence).

Im sorry to hear about your community closing down. If you are interested in a new home you should contact Colony Oaks on Chimney Rock. Im sure they will exceed your expectations!
