I have 5 months to move my stuff. My last place gave me a 2 month notice to move all my ----. So AHdisaster aka mccockhead aka kosha99 get over it, you don't like it anyway so MOVE!!!

Ps. I got my full refund for my deposit!Maybe if you drop the attitude they would be more accomodating.

"Anonymous AH manager" -
The vituperative nature of your posts amuses me. Rather than defend your integrity, you merely respond by insulting your residents in a manner more befitting a school playground than a forum for young professionals such as myself. And no, I'm not the same person as McCocksten and kosha99, but clearly these other individuals are intelligent young professionals such as myself. So I can see where the confusion would arise.
As for your integrity, let's make some things clear. Raising residents rent and re-signing them into leases without informing them of your plans to close exhibits a lack of integrity. Pretending to be a resident on a message board lacks integrity. Resorting to childish insults lacks integrity. Now, developing integrity for individuals like yourself would involve a complete lifestyle change, so I'm not suggesting that. What I do suggest is this: in addition to fully refunding deposits (which is STANDARD when an apartment is in good condition, and not something a resident should have to beg for) you should also offer each resident an additional 200 dollars off of their final month's rent to offset moving expenses. This, and a personal apology for your appaling lack of courtesy and honesty. Or continue doing whatever it is you do in order to look at yourself in the mirror at night.

Uh, actually, Texas law requires the return of a deposit, not the graciousness of apartment staff. Open a book sometime.
