the truth is people on most of these boards like to spew negative comments .....my experience here has been great..i was welcomed with open arms to practically everyone i met. managment was great....the maintance squad just unbelivable...and the interior of the place held up just fine..im pissed that i have to move cuz its a pain in the ass...but if u combine all of the factors of choosing a place and throw in the location...(not too mention the scenery by the pool during the summers) u cant beat this place.......oh and by the way to all negative commentary...keep in mind for the future that if u send out negative vibes, your'e gonna get them back...

The only time there was scenery by the pool this summer was when I went out there to give all the ladies two tickets to the gunshow.

Are you KIDDING? Maintenance was excellent? You could NOT have been a former tenant, as I heard numerous complaints from friends who also living there while I was living there and we thought maintenance was a joke. I had to actually pay and hire my own plumber because the English-deficient maintenance man actually made it worse!!!
