Wanda, the manager here, is unprofessional and plain rude. If not for the great people who work in the leasing office and the front desk, I would have been gone long ago. Msg to Wanda: You have a 40 year old, roach infested building that needs to be renovated. Dear, you should be kissing my shoes to stay here. Work on your attitude, Sister. There are too many places in Midtown that would love to have my $1K a month rent money.

I have lived in the complex for 7 yrs & have a very loud Indian family of 4 living in a one bdrm. apt above me, where I can hear every step they make. The complex has a large contingent of families of Indian descent whose concept of neighborliness is less than acceptable, especially with reference to their large, extended families living in small units & their indifference to the noise & lack of control of their children. Management takes a hands off approach to the situation with respect to all of the issues listed above; so, beware, if this is a concern for you.
