don't have a problem with the Allen House!

The Allen House is not that bad! Sure, it's not the greatest apartment and the building is 50 years old, but it's 300 dollars less and 100 sq feet bigger than anything else in the area. I've only had one maintenance problem in 6 months, and since they also own the Windsor at Siena about a mile away, the repair guy was over in 15 minutes to help me out. Danny and Felicia, the managers in my building, are helpful and available, know my name, and live at the Allen House themselves, which is more than you can say for a lot of places. The parking lot is well lit at night, and it's really much quieter than I expected it to be. It's in a good area of town and close to everything, so even if the TV cables are running up and down the outdoor corridors and there aren't fancy security codes and call boxes, they take pretty good care of this old building, and I feel like I'm getting a good value for my money. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
