The office staff at this aprtment complex have got to be the worst example of "abuse of power" I have ever seen.You pay your rent on the first & get a Termination letter on the 3rd.This is every month.You are constantly harrased by managment,talked to with no professionalism as though you are not even Human.Only because its a Low-Income comples.The residents there are in constant fear of being evicted.A one Manager,Mrs.Clark has no ettiquete at all,is very ghetto and seems to make it her mission to remind you on a daily basis that "she" can put you out.The bad thing is that Housing allows this woman to reap sorrow on this entire complex.I would advise that if you just want to be downtown and are not on housing,never make the mistake of moving in this complex,it's not worth the cheap rent.its hell on earth.
