After one week of living into this apartment compex my car was broken into. I was parked near my building where the flood light in the parking lot was broken causing the parking lot to be very dark. Reported the break in to the office also requested the flood light be fixed. The flood light was never fixed. In response to my break in they posted a generic note of apartment doors but only after I bugged them about it. There was a shooting on Superbowl Sunday, just one building over from me, in 2003 and lately, there has been a lot of crime at the complex. Mainly, auto thefts, auto break ins, missing wheels, etc. I know of one apartment break in that has occured recently. I suggest buying a firearm if you move into this apartment. You can find better places for a lot less money.

This complex is quiet but only because I have no neighbors and I have noticed recently that the parking lots have been very vacant. I think they're having problems leasing new apartments. All my neighbors have moved out and I intend to also move when my lease is up in January.
