It has the worst managment ever. People dont know the rules. I wanted to simply get a dish installed. Direct TV asked me to call these people and make sure, if they allow it on their property. I called in, some one from their management said it was OK, just that it should not be attached to any window or balcony railing. I ordered my connection and when the installation guy came and checked with the apt people, they came up with the rule of buying insurance, $100 deposit.

My concern is if they have such rules why did they not let me know at the first place when I called in.

Secondly the door is always malfunction. You can see suspecios looking people loitering on the compound.

Their fitnes center sucks, AC in the fitness center always out of order.

Forget greetings, people dont even like to nod to each other. Extremly cold community.

I am stuck here for 4 more months. Once my lease is complete I am done...
