DOn't waste your time! I recently discovered RATS in my apartment! They told me I was lying about the Rat discovery! If management was so great, they would have extermintated as soon as the weather changed, but instead, they wait for tenants to report the RATS!

Rats are a pest that can not be detected or prevented from coming because of exterminating. Whomever wrote this obviously doesnt know that rats cant be "exterminated" & that they dont come just because that weather changes. The reason i say this is because i work for a pest control company & I do that for a living. Im sure that the management responded as soon as you told them about it and that probably the rats came because of a sanitation issue within your apartment itself. HUMMM!!!!!!

We have seen rats crawling around on the blinds of the apartment across from us... The apartment is vacant. I think the suggestion that someone's apartment is unsanitary is not fair and probably inaccurate.
